As a global leader in pneumatic technology, they handle everything from grain to industrial waste, making production environments cleaner, quieter, and more efficient
As their leadership looked to modernize their marketing, there were challenges in keeping up with their ambitions and goals, and so they had to decide to hire internally or to look for an external partner to extend their team’s capacity and capabilities.

Slow moving...
Bree Wunderlich, their Global Marketing Manager, knew exactly where the brand needed to go.
But like most small internal teams, she was buried in the day-to-day needs of supporting the sales and management teams with immediate needs.
Between strategy, sales support, and global coordination, there simply weren't enough hours left for all the details of each project.

The Solution
Jake had formerly worked with one of Kongskilde’s management team, Greg Bacon, and Greg reached out to see if Jake’s team could help out.
After some initial meetings, Bree and Greg decided to go with a 40-hour monthly retainer with the possibility of other projects to be added on as needed.
We didn’t come in to pitch a new strategy or change their direction. Bree already knew where Kongskilde needed to go; she just needed the extra capacity to get there.
With Jake’s experience in similar companies over the years, he was able to support Bree with mapping out the projects and interpreting the ambitions set out by management into attainable phases.
Our role was to act as a bolt-on marketing resource that could clear the backlog and make sure the marketing department was finally delivering on what leadership expected.
We focused on specific areas to turn her vision into a working system:

Build the System First

To start from a solid foundation, in the first month, we set up an Asana dashboard covering social, case studies, and content. We established weekly priority check-ins with Bree and Susanne Pedersen, Kongskilde’s veteran Marketing Coordinator, building a streamlined review process so content didn't sit waiting for approvals.
We researched the company and its product lines and created detailed reference documents so that anytime we used AI tools on their projects, there was on-brand reference material easily and efficiently available.

Implementing the marketing plan
Once that was in place, we took over the day-to-day work Bree could hand off, such as social media management across segments, content writing and design, case study rewrites, and presentation materials, allowing her to focus on the big picture and particular projects she was heading herself.

Building Something the Sales Team Would Actually Use
Getting a sales team to post on LinkedIn is hard. Asking people who spend their days in the field to become content creators usually doesn't go anywhere.
So instead of pushing reps to produce content, we built a monthly prospect system instead.
Using LeadInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, we built region-specific prospect lists for Poland, the UK and Ireland, and Denmark, organized by role and territory.
Sales reps got direct links to relevant profiles and could send connection requests in a few minutes, saving them hours of scrolling through LinkedIn.

Globe-trotting customer videos
One project that had been on the list for a long time was video case studies, filmed interviews with Kongskilde customers, edited into finished pieces they could use for sales and marketing.
These aren't simple productions. Kongskilde sells into agricultural and industrial markets across Europe, Asia, and the United States, which means their customers are spread across multiple countries and time zones.
Coordinating filming, scripting, logistics, and post-production across that footprint isn't something a small internal team can easily take on alongside everything else.
Green Light Studio took over production on these while relying on Bree for the internal logistics with customers and salespeople.
Together, we handle scripting, production planning, filming coordination, and editing. A case study with a plastics recycling company in Ireland was the first to go into production, with others in various stages across the regions.
For Bree, it meant a project dream that had been stalled for a long time was finally moving forward.
